Your plan

Tell Nimah how you train. It tells you what to eat.

A few questions about your body, your days and your training: Muay Thai and boxing, running pace, sets and rest, push-ups, cycling, swimming and more. Your advisor works out calories for training days and rest days, protein spread across your meals, carbs, fat, fibre, water, and 11 vitamins and minerals from Health Canada’s reference values.

  • Every number shows its work. Tap “Show how this was calculated” to see each formula and the study or table behind it.
  • Pick your goal: protect your health for the long run, perform, or lose fat at a steady pace while keeping your strength.
  • My week turns your numbers into seven days of meals, with leftovers planned, any dish swappable, and the whole week sent to your grocery list in one tap.
  • Weigh in once a week. The trend updates your plan.

What can I make with what I have?

Tap what’s in your fridge and pantry. Nimah finds the closest recipes, tells you what to swap and what’s missing, and adds the missing part to your grocery list.

No meat in the house? When the meat only plays a supporting role, Nimah says it’s optional and how much protein you’d lose without it. Every meat swap comes with its safe cooking temperature.

Limits and sources

Numbers you can check.

Nimah counts the foods and nutrients that come with a published limit, over the day or over a rolling week, and warns you when a log goes past one. Recipes count from their ingredients, quick adds by name, packaged food by its label.

General guidance from published nutrition research. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t replace a doctor or a registered dietitian.
